Another Day in the HR Field

On Sunday, August 5 we will kick off the 13th annual Illinois State Council of SHRM Conference with a workshop focused on Talent Management conducted by our friends at Talent Net Live (TNL). The next two days to follow ending with keynote Libby Sartain at 4pm on Tuesday promises to be outstanding and I for one hope to see you there! As someone who has attended almost all of the state conferences here in Illinois, I can confidently recommend this years event as top notch! And that is not because I am the ISC-SHRM director. It is because I have personally witnessed the outstanding thought leadership of many of our concurrent and keynote speakers over the years.
